本书辑录阿拉伯文史类古籍中关于中国的记载，主要包括辞书、历史文献和文学作品。作者通过对公元8世纪至19世纪50余部阿拉伯古籍中关于中国的记载进行全面翻译、梳理和研究，力图从中寻找阿拉伯人关于中国最早的文字记载，使读者更加客观、真实地了解自古以来阿拉伯人的整体中国观，了解他们对中国认知的变化过程。对于深化中国和阿拉伯国家间的相互理解、情感交流和心灵沟通，强化中阿文明的互学互鉴具有重要的现实意义。
作者简介
葛铁鹰，汉族，中共党员，1955年生。对外经济贸易大学教授，博导，享受国务院特殊津贴。校学术委员会委员，中国阿拉伯语教学研究会副会长，中国阿拉伯文学研究会副会长。主要从事阿拉伯语言文学和阿拉伯古籍研究。主持完成国家社科基金项目《阿拉伯古籍中的“中国”研究》和教育部重点研究基地重大项目《阿拉伯经典著作翻译和研究》。著作1部，译著6部，论文近百篇。曾获埃及政府颁发的杰出贡献奖。
China in Ancient Arabic Books: Volumes of Literature and History
The earliest written account of China by the Arabs
This book is a collection of records about China in ancient books of Arabic literature and history, including dictionaries, historical documents and literary works. Through a comprehensive translation, sorting and research of the records about China in more than 50 ancient Arab books from the 8th century AD to the 19th century, the author tries to find the earliest written records about China by the Arabs, so that readers can more objectively and truly understand the overall view of China of the Arabs since ancient times and understand the changing process of their cognition of China. It is of great practical significance to deepen mutual understanding, emotional exchange and spiritual communication between China and Arab countries, and strengthen mutual learning between Chinese and Arab civilizations.
About the author
University of International Business and Economics professor, doctoral supervisor, enjoy the special allowance of The State Council. Member of the Academic Committee of the University, Vice president of the Chinese Arabic Language Teaching Research Association, Vice president of the Chinese Arabic Literature Research Association. He is mainly engaged in the study of Arabic language and literature and ancient Arabic books. He presided over the completion of the National Social Science Fund project "Research on" China in Ancient Arabic Books "and the Key Research base of the Ministry of Education project" Translation and Research of Arabic Classic Works ". He has written 1 book, translated 6 books and published nearly 100 papers. He received an award for outstanding contributions from the Egyptian government.
