Alice Munro
加拿大作家，当代短篇小说大师。
1931年出生于加拿大安大略省，1968年《快乐影子之舞》初试啼声，迄今出版十余部短篇小说集，将加拿大总督文学奖、吉勒文学奖、英联邦作家奖、全美书评人协会奖等收入囊中。2009年获第3届布克国际奖。2013年获诺贝尔文学奖。代表作有《逃离》《亲爱的生活》等。

Each of the eight stories is independent and interrelated, writing about the common thoughts and "secrets" of women from different times, regions and ages. They travel through memory and time, Epiphany and growth in the rapids of life.
Change, struggle, escape, compromise, they carry secrets, as if at any time will break away from the established track, towards the unknown life.

Canadian writer, master of the contemporary short story.
Born in 1931 in Ontario, Canada, in 1968, "Dance of Happy Shadows" first debut, has published more than ten collections of short stories, the Canadian Governor General's Literary Award, the Giller Literary Award, the Commonwealth Writers Award, the National Association of Book Reviewers Award and so on. He won the 3rd Man Booker International Prize in 2009. He won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2013. Masterpieces include "Escape" and "Dear Life".
