本书为晚清驻藏大臣有泰的日记,该日记从有泰在江苏常州地区任职开始,至其担任驻藏大臣期间,直至返回京城,此日记此前仅有驻藏部分整理出版,在藏学研究方面产生了很大影响,此次为该日记首次全面整理出版,可以全面展示晚清大臣面对地方事务和国际事务中的态度和实施策略,具有重要学术价值。
有泰(1844—1910),字梦琴,卓特氏,蒙古正黄旗人。同治四年(1865)三月,考取额外蒙古协修官。同治五年(1866)八月,有泰掣签户部。同年十二月,文宗皇帝《实录》修成,受记录两次奖励。同治六年(1867)二月,实录馆保举其为户部额外主事,同治八年(1869)三月补缺。光绪九年(1883)七月,有泰随额勒和布赴陕西查办案件,充随员。光绪十二年(1886)八月,选补为兵部武库司员外郎。光绪二十一年(1895)五月,外放任江苏常州府知府。光绪二十四年(1898)十月,端郡王载漪奏请有泰回京,充任虎神营右军统领。光绪二十六年(1900)三月初四日,任鸿胪寺少卿。
Introduction of works
This book is the diary of Youtai, the minister of residence in Tibet in the late Qing Dynasty. The diary was compiled and published from when You Tai served in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, to when he served as the minister of residence in Tibet, until he returned to the capital. Previously, only part of the diary was edited and published in Tibet, which had a great impact on Tibetan studies. It can fully show the attitude and implementation strategy of the ministers in the late Qing Dynasty in the face of local affairs and international affairs, which has important academic value.
Youtai (1844-1910), Zi Mengqin, Zhuo Te, Mongolian Zhenghuangqi people. In March of the fourth year of Tongzhi (1865), he was admitted to the additional Mongolian Associate officer. In August of the fifth year of Tongzhi (1866), You Tai signed the Ministry of Household. In December of the same year, Emperor Wenzong completed the "Record" and was awarded twice. In February of the sixth year of Tongzhi (1867), the record Hall recommended it as an additional chief of the Ministry of Household, and in March of the eighth year of Tongzhi (1869), the vacancy was filled. In July of the ninth year of Guangxu (1883), You Tai went to Shaanxi to investigate and handle cases with Elahebu as an attendant. In August of the 12th year of Guangxu (1886), he was selected as a member of the Department of Military Weapons. Guangxu 21 years (1895) May, outside the governor of Jiangsu Changzhou. In October 1898, in the 24th year of Guangxu, King Zaiyi of Duan County asked Youtai to return to Beijing and become the leader of the right army of the Tiger God Camp.
