　　罗翔

　　湖南耒阳人，北京大学法学博士

　　现任中国政法大学教授，刑法学研究所所长

　　主要研究领域为刑法学、刑法哲学、经济刑法、性犯罪，著有法律普及读物《刑法学讲义》，随笔集《圆圈正义》等。

　　除学术研究与授课外，罗翔教授长期专注于法律普及与法考教学。

　　在校任职期间多次获得中国政法大学学生欢迎的十大教师称号，2018年入选法大首届研究生心目中的优秀导师。2020年初，因其刑法课视频中所举的案例幽默风趣，意外爆红网络，一时形成“千军万马追罗翔法考”之势。其上课视频截图所制作的表情包在网络上疯传，被称为“一米九的法律男神”。3月9日，受邀请正式入驻bilibili视频网站，创造极速千万粉传说。

Content introduction

"The Details of the Rule of Law" is a new law essay by Luo Xiang, a law professor from China University of Political Science and Law. It aims to popularize the common sense of law and the concept of the rule of law from the interpretation of hot cases, science popularization of legal ideas, and explanation of classic works. The content includes basic legal knowledge such as the Simpson case, the trolley problem, and the sexual consent system, or hot current affairs such as Room N and the Zhang Yuhuan case, cultivating legal thinking in multiple dimensions, helping the construction of a society governed by law, and lighting the light of the rule of law in everyone's mind.

About the author

Luo Xiang

Born in Leiyang, Hunan Province, Doctor of Law, Peking University

He is currently a professor at China University of Political Science and Law and Director of the Institute of Criminal Law

His main research fields are criminal law, criminal law philosophy, economic criminal law, and sexual crimes. He is the author of the popular legal book "Lecture on Criminal Law" and the essay collection "Circle Justice".

In addition to academic research and teaching, Professor Luo Xiang has long focused on law popularization and law examination teaching.

During his tenure at the university, he won the title of Top Ten teachers welcomed by the students of China University of Political Science and Law for many times, and was selected as the excellent tutor in the eyes of the first graduate students of Law University in 2018. In early 2020, due to the humor and wit of the cases in its criminal law class video, it unexpectedly exploded on the Internet, forming a trend of "thousands of troops chasing Luo Xiang Law examination".
