About the author
Felien Hermans is an associate professor at Leiden University in the Netherlands who studies how humans use cognitive science to learn programming languages quickly and efficiently. Felian has a unique insight into the profound impact ChatGPT has had on the field of software engineering and has been interviewed on the topic many times. She is a member of TC39 (JavaScript Standards Committee) and is the creator of the Hedy programming language.
