作者简介
宫玉振，军事学博士，北京大学国家发展研究院管理学教授、BiMBA商学院副院长、学术委员会副主任兼EMBA学术主任。曾任军事科学院战略部副研究员、美国康奈尔大学东亚研究中心访问学者、中国孙子兵法研究会理事。著有《善战者说》《铁马秋风集》《管理的历史维度》《中国战略文化解析》《取胜之道》《曾国藩领导力十二讲》等作品，并翻译了《美国陆军领导力手册》等著作，主持和参与十余项国家及全军科研项目，发表学术论文近百篇。先后获国家图书奖特别奖，军事科学院优秀科研成果奖，中国大学出版社学术著作一等奖，中国孙子兵法研究会优秀成果奖，北京大学国家发展研究院经济学双学位优秀教学奖、EMBA优秀教学奖等。

About the author
Gong Yuzhen, Ph.D., Professor of Management at the National School of Development, Peking University, Deputy Dean of BiMBA Business School, Deputy Director of Academic Committee and Academic Director of EMBA. He was an associate researcher in the Strategy Department of the Academy of Military Sciences, a visiting scholar at the Center for East Asian Studies of Cornell University, and a director of the Sun Tzu Society of the Art of War. He is the author of "The Good Fighter", "Tiema Qiufengji", "The Historical Dimension of Management", "Analysis of Chinese Strategic Culture", "The Way to Win", "Zeng Guofan's Twelve Lectures on Leadership" and other works, and translated the "U.S. Army Leadership Manual" and other works, presided over and participated in more than 10 national and army scientific research projects, and published nearly 100 academic papers. He has won the Special Award of the National Book Award, the Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award of the Academy of Military Sciences, the First Prize of Academic Works of China University Press, the Outstanding Achievement Award of the Chinese Sun Tzu Society of the Art of War, the Double Degree Excellent Teaching Award of Economics of the National School of Development of Peking University, and the EMBA Excellent Teaching Award.
