《不当逮捕》【内容简介】

　　混乱无序的战后日本，同时也充溢着自由豁达的风气，在那个时代，新闻记者可以成为明星，也可以成为英雄。全国性大报《读卖新闻》的社会部记者立松和博便是其中的佼佼者，独家新闻不断，在乱世大放异彩。但这样的时代并没有持续很久。

　　随着战后经济的发展，日本财界迫切需要由保守势力来实现政治稳定。1955年，顺应这一趋势，民主、自由两党走向联合,单一保守的政党自由民主党诞生了。这就是五五年体制的开始，保守的永久政权得到了承诺，政、财、官互相勾结的结构性贪污腐败愈演愈烈。随着保守政治体制的确立，报纸的体制化也在推进，管理体制的强化终结了战后的无序和自由。

　　1957年，在报道一起《卖淫防止法》相关的受贿案后，不愿透露报料人身份的立松因损害名誉罪被捕，这在日本新闻界史无前例，着实蹊跷。原来，立松被卷入了检察机关内部的权力斗争。有人想抓出泄密的检察官，以官员违反《国家公务员法》为由打压对手。

　　本田靖春

　　日本记者、纪实作家，大宅壮一非虚构文学奖评委会委员。1933年生于朝鲜。1955年，早稻田大学政经学部新闻学科毕业，入职读卖新闻社，曾任社会部记者、纽约特派员，1971年离职。1964年报道卖血的现状，其关于“黄色之血”的连载报道很大程度上推动了日本献血制度的确立。1977年，《诱拐》获文艺春秋读者奖、讲谈社出版文化奖；1984年，《不当逮捕》获讲谈社非虚构文学奖。另著有《私战》《疵》《我，会终生做一个乖僻的人》等。2004年去世。

In 1957, after reporting on a bribery case related to the Prostitution Prevention Law, Tachimatsu, who did not want to reveal the identity of the informant, was arrested for defamation, which was unprecedented in Japanese journalism and really strange. It turns out that Tachimatsu was caught up in a power struggle within the prosecution. There are those who want to bust leaky prosecutors and suppress opponents by accusing officials of violating the Civil Service Law.

Yasuharu Honda

Japanese journalist, non-fiction writer, member of the jury for the Otaku Nonfiction Literature Prize. Born in Korea in 1933. In 1955, he graduated from the School of Politics and Economics of Waseda University and joined the Yomiuri Shimbun Newspaper as a correspondent in the city department and a special correspondent in New York until 1971. In 1964, he reported on the current situation of blood selling, and his serial report on "yellow blood" largely promoted the establishment of the blood donation system in Japan. In 1977, "Abduction" won the Literary Spring and Autumn Readers' Award, Kodansha Publishing Culture Award; In 1984, "Wrongful Arrest" won the Kodansha Non-Fiction Literature Prize. He also wrote "Private war", "Defects", "I will be a perverse person for life" and so on. He died in 2004.
