作者简介
[日]黑田忠广，东京大学研究生院电气工程和系统科学系教授，东京大学系统设计研究中心（d.lab）主任，IEEE（电气与电子工程师协会）会士，VLSI（超大规模集成电路）研讨会委员会主席。1959年出生于三重县，毕业于东京大学。曾任东芝研究员、庆应大学教授、加州大学伯克利分校教授，是60年来在ISSCC（国际固态电路会议）上发表论文数量排名前10的研究人员。

About the author
[J] Kuroda Tadahiro, Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering and Systems Science, Graduate School, University of Tokyo, Director, System Design Research Center (D.AB), University of Tokyo, IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Fellow, Chairman of the VLSI (Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits) Seminar Committee. He was born in Mie Prefecture in 1959 and graduated from the University of Tokyo. A former Toshiba researcher, professor at Keio University, and professor at the University of California, Berkeley, he is one of the top 10 researchers in the number of papers published at ISSCC (International Solid-State Circuits Conference) in the past 60 years.
