《水润华夏大长江》内容简介

　　长江是中华民族的母亲河、生命河。在数千年的历史进程中，长江通过其干流和众多支流将东西南北的资源、文化融通在一起，同时吸收外来文明元素，为中华民族的发展提供了广阔的空间和强大的生命力。特别是近一千年里，中国经济、文化重心完成东移南迁，长江已成为中国的核心河。

　　著名历史地理学家、西南大学教授蓝勇，生于长江，长于长江，又研究长江。在这本汇集数十年研究心得的书中，他用史学家的贯通眼光、文学家的丰沛情感、旅行家的广博见识，详细梳理了长江的地质历史、文明起源和千古兴衰，全面介绍了长江独特的人才、城市、饮食、民俗和交通等文化以及自然景观，最后在自然与人文、传统与现代的交汇点上，从比较的视野重新思考了长江文明在世界文明和中华文明中的定位。

　　作者简介

　　蓝勇，四川泸州人。现为西南大学历史地理研究所所长、西南历史地理研究中心主任、教授、历史地理学博士点学术带头人，兼任国家社会科学基金会评专家组专家、中国史学会中国历史地理研究会副会长、《历史地理研究》副主编、《中国历史地理论丛》编委、《中国人文田野》主编。研究领域涉及中国历史地理、饮食史、慈善史、西南地方史等方面。先后主持国家社会科学基金重大项目、教育部哲学社会科学重大项目等纵横向项目40多项。出版《四川古代交通路线史》《中国历史地理》《长江三峡历史地图集》《中国川菜史》《史学田野考察方法》《话语提炼与中国历史研究》等20多部著作。在《中国社会科学》《历史研究》《中国史研究》等刊物上发表论文240多篇。成果获郭沫若中国历史学奖提名奖，教育部人文社会科学优秀成果奖二、三等奖，四川省政府哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二、三等奖，重庆市政府优秀成果奖一、二等奖，中华优秀出版物奖等奖励。

The Yangtze River is the mother river of the Chinese nation and the river of life. In the course of thousands of years of history, the Yangtze River, through its main stream and numerous tributaries, has integrated resources and cultures from the east, west and North, while absorbing elements of foreign civilizations, providing a broad space and strong vitality for the development of the Chinese nation. In particular, in the past one thousand years, China's economic and cultural center of gravity has moved eastward and southwards, and the Yangtze River has become the core river of China.

LAN Yong, a famous historical geographer and professor of Southwest University, was born in the Yangtze River, grew up in the Yangtze River, and studied the Yangtze River. In this book, a collection of decades of research experience, he uses the insight of a historian, the rich emotions of a writer, and the broad insight of a traveler to comb through the geological history of the Yangtze River, the origin of civilization, the rise and fall through the ages, and comprehensively introduce the unique talents, cities, cuisine, folk customs, transportation and other cultures and natural landscapes of the Yangtze River. Finally, at the intersection of nature and humanity, tradition and modernity, the paper reconsiders the positioning of Yangtze River civilization in world civilization and Chinese civilization from the perspective of comparison.

About the author

LAN Yong was born in Luzhou, Sichuan Province. Currently, he is the director of the Institute of Historical Geography of Southwest University, the director of the Southwest Historical Geography Research Center, a professor, and the academic leader of the doctoral program in Historical Geography. He is also an expert of the evaluation group of the National Social Science Foundation, the vice president of the Chinese Historical Geography Research Society, the deputy editor of Historical Geography Research, the editorial board member of the Chinese Historical Geography Collection, and the chief editor of the Chinese Humanities Field. His research fields include Chinese historical geography, diet history, charity history, Southwest local history, etc. He has presided over more than 40 projects including major projects of the National Social Science Foundation and major projects of philosophy and social science of the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 20 works, including History of ancient Transportation Routes in Sichuan, Historical Geography of China, Historical Atlas of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, History of Sichuan Cuisine in China, Methods of fieldwork in Historiography, Discourse Extraction and Research on Chinese History. He has published more than 240 papers in journals such as Chinese Social Sciences, Historical Research, and Chinese History Research. His achievements have been awarded the Guo Moruo Chinese History Award Nomination Award, the second and third prizes of the Humanities and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award of the Ministry of Education, the second and third prizes of the Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award of the Sichuan Provincial Government, the first and second prizes of the Chongqing Municipal Government Outstanding Achievement Award, and the China Excellent Publication Award.
