《追宋》内容简介

　　宋朝是中国古代历史演进中的巅峰时期，曾创造出灿烂辉煌的大宋文明。在政治上，为矫正唐末五代武人乱政之失，宋朝加强中央对地方的控制，推崇文治，甚至一度形成君主与士大夫共治天下的开明局面；在经济上，民间市场发达，商品经济高度繁荣，改变了普通人的日常生活，著名的《清明上河图》中就描绘出了都市市井生活之繁盛；此外，宋朝学术文化自由而发达，民间私学盛行，对后世影响深远的程朱理学在此时形成，正如史学大师陈寅恪所说，“华夏民族之文化，历数千载之演进，造极于赵宋之世”。

　　本书主要从国家顶层制度设计和宋代文明成就两个维度进行专题式阐述，前者围绕宋代传统国策，以及一系列关键制度设计展开叙述，包括“重文轻武”的价值取向，政治制度的演进，教育和科举制度的建立，法制体系和经济制度的完整等；后者则聚焦社会和文化领域的文明成就，如对后世影响深远的宋学的形成演进，两宋文学的大放异彩，高度发达的科学技术和宋代史学，以及灿烂辉煌的艺术成就等。

　　作者简介

　　游彪，北京师范大学历史学院教授，博士生导师。曾师从著名史学家漆侠先生和著名学者王曾瑜先生。1999年赴日本早稻田大学文学部撰写博士论文，2000年于中国社会科学院研究生院获博士学位。多年来，一直从事辽宋西夏金史研究，主要集中在宋代兵制、佛教寺院经济、政治制度、宋儒与佛教的关系等领域。著有《宋代荫补制度研究》《宋代寺院经济史稿》《靖康之变》《赵宋：十八帝王的家国天下与真实人生》等，已发表论文一百余篇。

"Chasing Song" content introduction

The Song Dynasty is the peak period in the evolution of ancient Chinese history, which once created a splendid Song civilization. In politics, in order to correct the misrule of Wu people in the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties, Song Dynasty strengthened the control of the central government over the local areas, advocated the rule of culture, and even formed an enlightened situation that the monarch and scholar-officials ruled the world together. Economically, the folk market is developed and the commodity economy is highly prosperous, which has changed the daily life of ordinary people. The famous "Along the River during Qingming Festival" depicts the flourishing of urban life. In addition, the academic culture of the Song Dynasty was free and developed, and the folk private learning was prevalent. At this time, the Neo-Confucianism of Cheng and Zhu, which had a profound influence on later generations, was formed. As Chen Yinke, a master of history, said, "The culture of the Chinese nation evolved over thousands of years, and it was created in the Zhao and Song dynasties."

This book focuses on the design of the top-level system of the state and the achievements of the civilization of the Song Dynasty. The former focuses on the traditional state policy of the Song Dynasty and the design of a series of key systems, including the value orientation of "emphasizing literature over military", the evolution of the political system, the establishment of the education and imperial examination system, and the integrity of the legal system and economic system. The latter focuses on the achievements of civilization in social and cultural fields, such as the formation and evolution of Song studies, which have a profound influence on later generations, the brilliance of the two Song literatures, highly developed science and technology and Song historiography, and brilliant artistic achievements.

About the author

You Biao, professor and doctoral supervisor, School of History, Beijing Normal University. He studied under the famous historian Mr. Qi Xia and the famous scholar Mr. Wang Zengyu. In 1999, he went to Japan to write his doctoral thesis in the Department of Literature of Waseda University, and in 2000, he received his doctoral degree from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. For many years, he has been engaged in the study of the Jin history of the Liao, Song and Western Xia dynasties, mainly focusing on the Song Dynasty military system, Buddhist monastery economy, political system, the relationship between Confucianism and Buddhism and other fields. He has published more than 100 papers, such as "Study on the Yin Supplement System in Song Dynasty", "Draft of the Economic History of Monasteries in Song Dynasty", "Change of Jingkang" and "Zhao Song Dynasty: The Family, the State and the Real Life of eighteen Emperors".
