哈佛大学法学院法学博士，曾任苏利文·克伦威尔律师事务所兼并与收购组合伙人，现为美国得克萨斯农工大学法学院教授，教授公司史课程。著有《区块链与大众之治》一书，并在《华尔街日报》《华盛顿邮报》《洛杉矶时报》等杂志上发表过多篇有关金融科技、国际法和公司的文章。

He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and was a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Sullivan Cromwell LLP. He is currently a professor at Texas A&M University School of Law, where he teaches corporate history. He is the author of Blockchain and the Rule of the Masses, and has published numerous articles on fintech, international law, and companies in the Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times.
