About the author
Tom Bennett has been named a "Master of classroom behaviour Management" by The Times Educational Supplement Forum. He is the author of several books on teacher training, behavior management, and education research, and in 2015 was a finalist for the Varkey Global Education Group Foundation's Global Teacher Award and was named one of the "Top 10 Global Education Bloggers" by the Huffington Post. The author currently leads the UK Department for Education's Behaviour Centre project, which aims to improve school discipline and enhance teachers' behaviour management skills with the support of leading behaviour management experts.
