  年少时候,好吃是六毛钱的缸贴子,邻居家的西瓜酱,第一次下馆子时把嘴巴烫出泡的萧县羊肉汤,这些是刻在基因里的叫乡愁的东西。一个外地务工人员的北京记忆,是难过时府右街的延吉冷面,寒夜里24小时的马华,以及人手一把肉串,喝着工业啤酒,聊着维特根斯坦的岁月。

  食物,连接着故乡与世界。每个人都可以在“吃”里找到归属。美食并不小众,它藏在大多数人的一日三餐里。说到底,于勒叔叔的生蚝和父亲病榻前的萝卜丝汆丸子并没有本质区别——你吃到的,就是最好的。

  陈晓卿,纪录片导演、制作人,美食作家。

  1965年生于安徽灵璧,1989年毕业于北京广播学院(现名中国传媒大学)。1991年开始拍摄和制作纪录片,作品有《远在北京的家》《龙脊》《百年中国》《一个时代的侧影》《森林之歌》等,屡获国际大奖。

  2012年开始,领衔制作美食纪录片《舌尖上的中国》第一、二季,引发现象级热议,轰动海内外,开创了美食纪录片这个新品类。

  2017年,创办稻来纪录片实验室,陆续推出《风味人间》《我的美食向导》等头部美食文化作品。

When I was young, delicious was the 60 cents jar post, the neighbor's watermelon sauce, the Xiao County mutton soup that burned the mouth out when I ate for the first time, these are things that are engraved in the genes called homesickness. A migrant worker's memories of Beijing are Yanji cold noodles on Fuyou Street in sad times, 24-hour Ma Hua on cold nights, and a handful of meat skewers in each hand, drinking industrial beer and talking about Wittgenstein's days.

Food connects home and the world. Everyone can find a place in eating. Gourmet food is not niche, it is hidden in most People's Daily meals. After all, there is no essential difference between Uncle Yule's oysters and the turnip julienned meatballs your father blanched before he was sick - what you eat is the best.

Chen Xiaoqing is a documentary filmmaker, producer and food writer.

He was born in Lingbi, Anhui Province in 1965 and graduated from Beijing Broadcasting Institute (now Communication University of China) in 1989. In 1991, he began to shoot and produce documentaries, such as "Home in Beijing", "Dragon's Spine", "One Hundred Years of China", "Profile of an Era" and "Song of the Forest", which have won many international awards.

Since 2012, he has led the production of the first and second seasons of the food documentary "A Bite of China", which triggered a phenomenon of hot discussion, sensational at home and abroad, and created a new category of food documentary.

In 2017, he founded the documentary Laboratory of Daolai, and successively launched head food culture works such as "Flavor Man" and "My Food Guide".
