本书系统梳理了前人关于交际失误和语用失误理论的研究成果，在此基础上，作者尝试从认知语用的角度对交际失败进行重新界定，提出交际失败不同于交际失误和语用失败，继而分析出交际失败的本质特征、类型、产生原因及预防方法，建立了交际失败的理论模型，从而更深刻地揭示言语交际的实质和规律，帮助人们认识交际失败形成的根源和机制，有利于提高人们的语用能力与言语修养，促进人际关系的和谐。
曹阳，1984年出生，北京外国语大学俄语语言文学博士，北京第二外国语学院俄语系教师，研究领域：俄语语用学、交际语言学。发表了《对等原则与外交谈话》《交际失败的认知语用阐释》《关于语言礼貌本体属性的思考》《Внешниеобстоятельства,обуславливающиекоммуникативныенеудачи》等十余篇文章，参与教育部人文社科项目“基于汉俄平行语料库的政治文献翻译研究”和“中国学习者俄语语音纯化教学系统的构建与实证研究”，主持或参与多个教育部及校级教学、科研项目。
Introduction of works
This book systematically combs the previous research results on the theory of communicative failure and pragmatic failure. On this basis, the author tries to redefine communicative failure from the perspective of cognitive pragmatics, proposes that communicative failure is different from communicative failure and pragmatic failure, then analyzes the essential characteristics, types, causes and prevention methods of communicative failure, and establishes a theoretical model of communicative failure. It can reveal the essence and law of verbal communication more deeply, help people to understand the root cause and mechanism of communication failure, and help to improve people's pragmatic ability and speech cultivation, and promote the harmony of interpersonal relations.
Cao Yang, born in 1984, Ph.D. in Russian Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University, teacher of Russian Department of Beijing Second Foreign Studies University. Her research fields include Russian Pragmatics, communicative linguistics.
