本书共分三篇。第一篇“启航准备”主要介绍事业启航前需要掌握的基本方法、原则与技能，包括自我探索的原则与方法、对成功和成长的辩证认知、以终为始的规划与做事原则、时间管理方法实践以及系统化的问题探索方法；第二篇“职业选择”介绍职业选择过程中需要面对的各项事宜，主要包括职业匹配方法与原则、简历撰写技巧与方法、如何准备及进行面试、如何选择合适的职业机会等；第三篇“扬帆成长”介绍进入职场以后提升工作效率的一些职业素养及技能，主要包括初入职场、高效会议、团队合作、演讲技能以及如何在新的环境下实现自我突破、享受成长。
华东师范大学数据科学与工程学院特聘教授，研究方向为数据驱动的系统优化。黄波教授在复旦大学获得博士学位，在编译器研发、语言虚拟机研发、系统优化、软件与服务架构、云计算等方面积累了丰富的项目经验，是英特尔中国区培养的第一位首席工程师和第一-位资深首席工程师。黄波教授曾担任驭势(上海)汽车科技有限公司总经理和华为鲲鹏计算的首席架构师，曾经获得2013-2014年度中国软件和信息服务业领军人物奖项以及2022年高等教育（本科）国家级教学成果二等奖。作为技术创新的推动者，黄波教授希望用科技来改变人类的生活，并坚信优化的理念不但可以用来优化系统，更可以用来优化人生。
Introduction of works
The book consists of three parts. Distinguished Professor, School of Data Science and Engineering, East China Normal University. His research direction is data-driven system optimization. Professor Huang Bo received his PhD from Fudan University and has accumulated rich project experience in compiler development, language virtual machine development, system optimization, software and service architecture, cloud computing and other aspects. He is the first chief engineer and the first senior chief engineer trained by Intel China. Professor Huang Bo was the general manager of Uisei (Shanghai) Automotive Technology Co., LTD., and the Chief architect of Huawei Kunpeng Computing. He has won the 2013-2014 China Software and Information Service Industry Leader Award and the second Prize of Higher Education (undergraduate) National Teaching Achievement Award in 2022. As a promoter of technological innovation, Professor Huang Bo hopes to use technology to change human life, and firmly believes that the concept of optimization can be used not only to optimize the system, but also to optimize life.
