　　大资管框架下的资金流向分析，旨在从银行同业和银行理财、证券资管业务、保险资管业务、证券投资基金以及信托计划等维度分析研究其资金流向、流向机制以及资金流向的规范渠道和机制等，兼顾资管监管乱象和监管历程、现阶段资管市场分业监管以及资管市场监管趋势分析等。本书的创新之处或主要贡献在于从资产管理的视角研究分析其资金流向和机制，探求现有市场发展中的相关问题，并给出进一步发展的市场展望或政策建议等。

　　殷剑峰，男，经济学博士，中国社会科学院金融研究所副所长，金融产品中心主任，中国金融学会理事，中国金融四十人论坛成员。中国社科院研究生院金融学专业硕士导师，中国社科院研究生院公共管理硕士导师，多所大学特聘教授。研究领域：金融市场与产品，经济增长与经济周期理论，货币政策。

　　吴建伟，浙商银行副行长。硕士研究生、高级工程师。曾任中国农业银行浙江省分行信息科技部应用开发一科副科长、门市开发科科长、部主任助理，数据运行中心副主任，电子银行处副处长（主持工作）、电子银行处处长，电子银行部总经理，中国农业银行温州分行党委书记、行长，中国农业银行内蒙古自治区分行党委委员、行长助理，浙商银行行长助理。

　　王增武，理学博士，2007年毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院，现为中国社科院金融所副研究员、国家金融与发展实验室财富管理研究中心主任，曾在Insurance:MathematicsandEconomics、AnnalsofEconomicsandFinance、《金融评论》和《经济社会体制比较》等期刊上发表学术文章多篇，参与编写《中国理财产品市场发展与评价》系列丛书。

Wang Zengwu, Ph.D., graduated from the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007.
