刘晓雪，本科毕业于中国地质大学（北京）电子信息工程专业，后获北京师范大学教育经济与管理硕士学位。曾在零点研究咨询集团从事3年社会文化和民意研究工作，其间主持撰写了《2010年中国公益人才发展现状及需求调研报告》。有在南都公益基金会5年的资助经验，其间通过战略性机构资助，促进高潜力公益组织实现更大规模的社会影响力。从2017年起，成为墨德瑞特管理咨询有限公司创业合伙人，致力于通过人力资源和组织能力的专业支持，帮助非营利组织和社会企业取得突破性成果，产生规模化影响。

Based on the funding experience of Narada Foundation in the past five years, this book systematically explains the concepts, models and methods of funding, especially institutional funding. This is a local practice based funding monograph in China, and also a systematic introduction to investment thinking funding monograph in China.
Liu Xiaoxue received her bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and her Master's degree in Educational Economics and Management from Beijing Normal University. She has been engaged in social culture and public opinion research at Horizon Research Consulting Group for 3 years, during which she chaired and wrote the 2010 Research Report on the Development Status and Needs of China's Public Welfare Talents. He has 5 years of funding experience in Narada Public Welfare Foundation, during which he promoted high-potential public welfare organizations to achieve larger social impact through strategic institutional funding. Since 2017, he has been a venture partner of Moderite Management Consulting Co., LTD., dedicated to helping non-profit organizations and social enterprises achieve breakthrough results and scale impact through professional support of human resources and organizational capabilities.
