作者简介

田先红，江西赣州人，博士，华中师范大学中国农村研究院、政治学部教授，博士生导师，县域治理研究中心负责人，主要从事县域治理、基层信访政治、农村政治学和“三农”问题研究。曾在全国近20个省市的城乡基层社会开展田野调查，累计时长达1000多个工作日。入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划和华中师范大学“桂子学者”特聘教授。担任国家社会科

学基金重大项目首席专家。

在《政治学研究》《管理世界》《开放时代》《社会》等期刊发表百余篇论文。在《人民日报》《环球时报》《北京日报》《中国社会科学报》《人民论坛》等媒体发表系列评论文章。出版《国家性、地方性与基层治理》《人民政治》《治理基层中国》等著作。

About the author

Tian Xianhong, born in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, Ph.D., Professor, doctoral supervisor, and head of the County Governance Research Center of Central China Normal University, is mainly engaged in county governance, grassroots petition politics, rural politics and "three rural" issues. He has carried out field investigations in urban and rural grassroots communities in nearly 20 provinces and cities, with a cumulative time of more than 1,000 working days. He was selected into the National High-level Talents Special Support Program and the "Guizi Scholar" Distinguished Professor of Central China Normal University. Serves as the National Social Section

Chief expert on major projects of the University Foundation.

He has published more than 100 papers in journals such as Political Science Research, Management World, Open Times and Society. He has published a series of commentary articles in People's Daily, Global Times, Beijing Daily, Chinese Social Science Journal, People's Forum and other media.
