作者简介
北京大学政府管理学院长聘副教授、研究员、博士生导师，英国萨塞克斯大学SPRU中心博士，清华大学管理学硕士、工学学士。长期从事中国工业和中国创新政策的研究，在国内外期刊发表近百篇论文，并出版了Innovation and Industrial Development in China(Routledge出版社，2020年)和《国家的双重角色:发展与转型的国家创新系统理论》等专著。其和路风教授的合著《发展我国自主知识产权汽车工业的政策选择》及相关的工业研究工作对推动我国自主创新政策转型起到了显著的作用。在国内外多个重要的学术团体、政策研究和政策对话组织中担任重要职务。
Content introduction
Focusing on the strategic transformation of China's enterprises and institutions, this book analyzes the growth path of innovative enterprises in China's automotive industry and communication equipment industry. Historically, it is the rise of independent innovation enterprises in these two industries that has helped open the social discussion of industrial policy transformation in China, and ultimately contributed to the transformation of China's industrial policy paradigm to "independent innovation".
Through case studies of companies such as Geely, Chery, BYD, Huawei, ZTE, and Datang Telecom, the book attempts to clarify how they behave differently from other local companies, and focuses on the social conditions under which they have developed.
This book will help readers interested in the rise of China's innovative enterprises better understand the dynamic evolution of China's industrial development and help them explore the important tasks that need to be accomplished in the current stage of China's innovation transformation.
About the author
Professor, Researcher and doctoral supervisor, School of Government, Peking University; Doctor, SPRU Center, University of Sussex, UK; Master of Management, Bachelor of Engineering, Tsinghua University. He has been engaged in research on Chinese industry and China's Innovation policy for a long time, published nearly 100 papers in domestic and foreign journals, and published Innovation and Industrial Development in China(Routledge, China). 2020) and The Dual Role of the State: A Theory of National Innovation Systems for Development and Transformation. He and Professor Lu Feng co-authored "Policy Choices for the Development of China's Independent Intellectual Property Automobile Industry" and related industrial research work have played a significant role in promoting the transformation of China's independent innovation policy. He has held important positions in a number of important academic groups, policy research and policy dialogue organizations at home and abroad.
