托马斯·哈代·黎黑（Thomas Hardy Leahey）
美国当代著名的心理学史家。1974年获认知心理学博士学位。毕业后于弗吉尼亚联邦大学任助理教授，2009年退休，现为该校荣休教授。
他是美国心理学会会员，曾任美国心理学会理论和哲学心理学分会及心理学史分会主席。代表作有《学习与认知》（合著）、《心理学隐蔽的两面性》（合著）《现代心理学史》《心理学史》。他还发表过众多涉及科学、历史和哲学领域的学术论文和书评。

About the author
Thomas Hardy Leahey
The famous contemporary American historian of psychology. He received his Ph.D. in cognitive psychology in 1974. After graduation, he was an assistant professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he retired in 2009 and is now a professor emeritus.
He is a member of the American Psychological Association and has served as President of the American Psychological Association's Section on Theoretical and Philosophical Psychology and its Section on the History of Psychology. His masterpieces include "Learning and Cognition" (co-author), "The Hidden Duality of Psychology" (co-author), "History of Modern Psychology" and "History of Psychology". He has also published numerous scholarly papers and book reviews in the fields of science, history, and philosophy.
