作者简介
岳晓东，美国哈佛大学心理学博士，香港城市大学教授，香港心理学会辅导分会首任会长，中央电视台特邀心理专家。岳晓东博士在心理健康、创新心理、咨询心理、幽默心理和青少年偶像崇拜等方面做了大量的研究，成绩斐然。他先后在国内外各类学术刊物上发表学术论文150余篇，影响深远。岳晓东博士还著有《登天的感觉》《没有人能使你孤独》《心理咨询基本功技术》等心理学科普读物，深受读者的喜爱。此外，岳晓东博士还受聘为南京大学、南京师范大学、华南师范大学等20余所大学的客座教授。

About the author
Yue Xiaodong, Ph.D. in psychology from Harvard University, Professor of City University of Hong Kong, first president of the Counseling Branch of Hong Kong Psychological Society, special psychologist invited by CCTV. Dr. Yue Xiaodong has done a lot of research on mental health, innovation psychology, counseling psychology, humor psychology and youth idol worship, and has made great achievements. He has published more than 150 academic papers in various academic journals at home and abroad, which has far-reaching influence.
