本书通过研析言官思想的载体——奏折，力图揭示言官在历次重大事件中的表现，展现这一群体在近代社会变迁中的影响与作用。以崭新的研究视角，对清末言官群体与朝政关系进行系统考查，就言官制度的发展变化、言官群体对朝政与社会变局的影响加以论述，同时又在传统士大夫与社会转型、晚清监察制度的运行与得失、晚清政派政争等方面，提出了若干新的见解。总体看来，这一成果展现了社会变迁如何促动社会精英群体的发展变化，弥补了相关研究的虚位和不足。
作者简介
郑云波，教授、博士，研究生导师，牡丹江师范学院历史与文化学院教师。牡丹江师范学院历史专业带头人，牡丹江市学科领军人才梯队历史学科带头人，主要从事中国近代史、民国政治史、中国思想史等课程的讲授。在《史学集刊》《人口学刊》人大复印资料《中国哲学》《长白学刊》《求是学刊》《学术交流》《中国档案报》等各级各类学术刊物及报刊上发表论文30余篇，主持黑龙江省经济社会发展重点研究课题1项，黑龙江省省属高等学校基本科研业务费科研项目1项，参与国家社科基金项目，黑龙江省社科基金项目各1项。
Content introduction
This book tries to reveal the performance of Yan Guan in all the major events and show the influence and function of this group in the modern social changes by studying the carrier of Yan Guan's thought - the memorial. From a new perspective, this paper systematically examines the relationship between the official group and the government in the late Qing Dynasty, discusses the development and changes of the official system, the influence of the official group on the government and social changes, and puts forward some new views on the traditional scholar-officials and social transformation, the operation and loss of the supervision system in the late Qing Dynasty, and the political struggles of the political factions in the late Qing Dynasty. In general, this achievement shows how social change stimulates the development and change of social elite groups, and makes up for the vacancy and deficiency of relevant research.
About the author
Zheng Yunbo, professor, doctor, postgraduate tutor, teacher of School of History and Culture, Mudanjiang Normal University. She is the history major leader of Mudanjiang Normal University and the history discipline leader of discipline leading talents in Mudanjiang City. She is mainly engaged in teaching courses such as modern Chinese history, political history of the Republic of China, and Chinese ideological history. He has published more than 30 papers in various academic journals and newspapers at various levels, such as Historiography Collection, Population Journal, Renmin University Photocopy, Chinese Philosophy, Changbai Journal, Qiushi Journal, Academic Exchange, China Archives Daily, etc. He has presided over 1 key research project on economic and social development of Heilongjiang Province, and 1 basic scientific research business fund research project of Heilongjiang Provincial universities. Participated in the national Social Science fund project, Heilongjiang Province social science fund project 1.
