尝试以宋时诸家诗词、笔记小说记载为核心文本线索，对照出土文物，以穿用衣物（服装）、冠梳钗钏（首饰）、梳洗打扮（妆发）三个篇章，分别探寻了解当时佳人妆束流变的具体模样与组合搭配。选取大家熟悉的历史人物：花蕊夫人、李清照、李师师、白娘子、小青、严蕊……依据现有的考古成果加以适当推测，设计各个人物当时可能妆束，服装、首饰、发型、妆面、场景均有据可考。
书后附一米长卷，梳理宋朝女子的穿衣顺序、化妆步骤，及宋朝三百余年时尚变迁。附赠一套服饰贴纸，参考安徽南陵铁拐宋墓、茶园山宋墓出土服饰实物设计制作，展现北宋、南宋的经典穿搭。
作者简介
左丘萌：中国青年学者，业余作者与译者。研究古代服饰史与服饰复原考据，也写历史小说。著有《中国妆束：大唐女儿行》《到长安去：汉朝简牍故事集》《善善摩尼：唐朝西域文书故事集》。
末春：自由画师，陶艺爱好者。创作风格独特，擅人物画，绘有系列作品“沪上花”，已出版《中国妆束：大唐女儿行》。
Content introduction
This paper attempts to explore and understand the specific appearance and combination of beauty's makeup changes by taking poems and notes recorded in novels of Song Dynasty as the core text clues and comparing with unearthed cultural relics in three chapters: clothing (clothing), crown and comb bracelet (jewelry) and grooming (makeup and hair). Choose familiar historical figures: Lady Huarui, Li Qingzhao, Li Shishi, Lady Bai, Xiaoqing, Yanrui... According to the existing archaeological results to be properly speculated, the design of each figure at that time may be makeup, clothing, jewelry, hair, makeup, scene are available.
The book is attached to a one-meter long volume, combing the Song Dynasty women's dressing order, makeup steps, and the Song Dynasty more than 300 years of fashion changes. With a set of clothing stickers, the design and production of clothing unearthed from the Tieguai Song tomb and Chaiyuanshan Song Tomb in Anhui Province show the classic wear of the Northern Song and Southern Song.
About the author
Zuo Qiumeng: Young Chinese scholar, amateur author and translator. He studied the history of ancient costume and the evidence of costume restoration, and also wrote historical novels. He is the author of "Chinese Makeup Bundle: The Daughter of the Tang Dynasty", "To Chang 'an: A collection of Bamboo Tales of the Han Dynasty" and "Shan Shan Moni: a collection of tales of the Western Region Documents of the Tang Dynasty".
