李跃乾，江苏东海人，历史学博士，北京联合大学台湾研究院研究人员，主要研究方向为中国近现代史中的台湾历史，著有学术专著《日据时期的台湾留日学生与战后台湾政治》、《台湾光复》等，学术论文《台湾留日学生与1950年一1981年间的县市长选举》、《日据时期台湾社会风俗改革》等十几篇。

"The Military System of the Republic of China - Witness Oral Record" takes the construction of the military system of the Republic of China as the theme, takes the development of the army, navy and air force from scratch as the main line, and reviews the process of the formation, development and growth of the three forces, including the development of military schools, military education, military training, and major battles during the Republic of China. This collection contains the oral records of dozens of early generals, most of whom received formal military school education at home and abroad and were the founders of the military system of the Republic of China. Li Yueqian, a native of Donghai, Jiangsu Province, Ph.D., is a researcher at the Institute of Taiwan Studies, Beijing Union University. His research interests mainly focus on Taiwan history in modern and contemporary Chinese history. He is the author of academic monographs such as Taiwan Students in Japan during the Japanese Occupation and Post-war Taiwan Politics and Taiwan's Liberation. Academic papers "Taiwan Students in Japan and the County Mayor Election from 1950 to 1981", "Taiwan Social Customs Reform during the Japanese Occupation" and more than a dozen.
