　　埃亚尔·温特（Eyal Winter），英国兰卡斯特大学“安德鲁和伊丽莎白·布鲁纳”经济学教授和以色列耶路撒冷希伯来大学“西尔弗兹韦格”经济学教授，英国曼彻斯特大学经济研究学院终身教授，美国华盛顿大学政治经济中心和经济系终身教授。获德国联邦政府颁发的2011年洪堡奖，该奖专门授给因他们的教学和研究工作而获得国际声誉的科学家和学者。

Eyal Winter is the "Andrew and Elizabeth Bruner" Professor of Economics at Lancaster University and the "Silverzweg" Professor of Economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, tenured Professor at the Research School of Economics at the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and tenured Professor at the Center for Political Economy and Department of Economics at the University of Washington, United States. Awarded the 2011 Humboldt Prize by the German Federal Government, the prize is given to scientists and scholars who have achieved an international reputation for their teaching and research work.

He was director of the Center for Rational Studies and head of the Department of Economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, a world-renowned decision-making research institution. He was Professor of Economics at the Institute of European University, Florence, Italy. He has been invited to give reports or visit more than 100 world-renowned universities such as University of California, Berkeley, Brown University, Bell LABS, Boston College, University of Chicago, Columbia University, Cornell University, Duke University, and Harvard University.

Professor Winter received a Bachelor's degree in mathematics and a doctorate in Game theory from the Hebrew University in 1983 and 1989, respectively, and went to Germany for further studies after his doctorate, where he achieved outstanding achievements in game theory and experimental economics. His research interests include: microeconomic theory, game theory, organizational incentives, finance, experimental economics and industrial organization.

Professor Winter is also an associate editor of Games and Economic Behavior (" Games and Economic Behavior "), a consultant on Mathematical Economics and Game Theory (" Mathematical Economics and Game Theory "), As well as the Journal of Economic Theory (Journal of Economic Theory), American Economic Review (American Economic Review) and other more than 20 academic journals.
