　　本手册以世界卫生组织对健康的定义为视角，介绍了如何与服务对象建立关系，如何与不同类型的人交流，列出了大量基层工作人员经常需要面对的问题，介绍了心身关系和心身医学，简述了对精神障碍的识别与简单干预，阐明了心理危机的处理和应对措施，给出了心理服务的方法和技术。

　　本手册全方位、多角度地阐述了心理服务的工作内容，力求贴近基层工作者实际情况，涵盖面广，实用性强。针对基层工作者需要面对的各类问题，既有清晰而明确的说明，也有简约而具备针对性的指导。书中对各种疏导和咨询常用的技术都有介绍，并且辅以案例，让读者更容易理解，也更容易运用这些技术。

　　徐凯文，北京大学副教授，临床心理学博士，北京大学心理健康教育与咨询中心副主任、总督导。北京和睦家医院心理咨询中心执业精神科医师，中国心理学会注册心理督导师，中国心理学会临床心理学注册工作委员会秘书长，中国性学会理事、性心理专业委员会副主任委员，中国生命关怀协会社会心理服务工作委员会主任委员，“十一五”国家科技支撑计划重点项目《危机干预操作规范》课题组副组长。

　　柳智宇，现任中国生命关怀协会·社会心理服务工作委员会副主任。2017年开始从事心理服务，并通过国家三级心理咨询师考试。获中科院合作对话实践专业认证、欧文亚隆团体咨询师认证。通过凝聚社会资源，推动中国心理服务行业的规范化、公益化、本土化。从整合各流派技术、资助低收入家庭来访者、对社会普及心理知识、促进各社会群体对心理咨询的接纳等角度，促进中国心理服务行业的良性发展。

　　宋彦，黑龙江省牡丹江南山医院精神科主任医师，毕业于齐齐哈尔医学院大学本科，学术地位:2006年赴墨尔本大学研修社区精神卫生。牡丹江市精神医学学科带头人、牡丹江市医学会精神专业委员会主任委员，黑龙江省医学会精神病学专业委员会副主任委员，黑龙江省司法精神病学专业委员会副主任委员组成员、黑龙江省预防医学精神卫生分会副主任委员。

Introduction of works

Liu Zhiyu is currently the deputy director of the Social Psychological Service Working Committee of China Life Care Association.
