　　本书是在作者优秀博士学位论文基础上，经过长时间修改完成的著述，先后获得国家民委项目和中国历史研究院资助项目。作者本人由其供职单位新疆大学亚洲学院证明，无政治问题。

　　清乾隆朝时期，清朝发动平定准噶尔战争，在平准期间，原本属于蒙古准噶尔部辖制的哈萨克诸部开始与清朝接触，本书以中国第一历史档案馆馆藏满文档案为基础，翻译、查对、比较此一领域研究者较少关注的新见满、汉、托忒文等档案，并结合满汉文献，如《平定准噶尔方略》《清高宗实录》《乾隆朝满文寄信档》《满文上谕档》《军机处满文录副奏折》《西域图志》《西域见闻录》《百二老人语录》等，对清乾隆时期清朝与西北哈萨克诸部“大国-藩属关系”的建立过程，贡马朝贡、边贸，以及清朝天下文化的多元与融合等，做了全面、细致的梳理，完整、系统地阐释了清哈关系的发展过程及清朝对西北诸部的政策，并对哈萨克与清朝关系发展脉络、贸易等做了更加细化的研究。此外，本书还较为深入地阐述了《哈萨克贡马图》与清代的天下意识之关系，以及乾隆之后清代对哈萨克诸部认知之断层。

　　本书资料丰富、视角独特、纠误辨谬，对推动清代边疆史、中外关系史研究等具有一定之贡献。

　　作者简介

　　郭文忠，1978年生，锡伯族，新疆大学历史学院副教授、硕士生导师，中央民族大学历史学博士，中国人民大学清史所访问学者，《清史研究》《西域研究》审稿专家，中国民族史学会会员，新疆大学高层次引进人才，教育部学位中心论文评审专家。通满文、锡伯文，学术方向为清代边疆民族史与满文档案、清代中国与中亚关系史，在《民族史研究》《兰台世界》等学术刊物上发表论文多篇。主持国家级课题2项、省部级课题5项，在《清史研究》《美术研究》等学术刊物上发表论文10余篇。曾获国家民委全国民族研究优秀成果三等奖，被评为自治区优秀硕士学位论文指导教师、新疆大学“教书育人”先进个人、“优秀研究生指导教师”。入选新疆文化名家暨“四个一批”人才（理论界）、新疆少数民族科技骨干特培计划。“中华民族交往交流交融史”编纂工程分卷核心作者、自治区人文社科重点研究基地“历代西北边疆治理研究中心”学术带头人、新疆大学国家安全研究省部共建协同创新中心兼职研究员、自治区专家顾问团推荐入库专家、自治区民委民族宗教研究专家库专家。

Content introduction

This book is based on the author's excellent doctoral dissertation and completed after a long time of revision, and has been funded by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Chinese History Research Institute. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the Qing Dynasty launched the pacification War against the Dzunggars. During the period of equalization, the Kazak departments, which were originally under the control of the Dzunggars of Mongolia, began to contact the Qing Dynasty. Based on the Manchu archives in the First Historical Archives of China, this book translates, compares and compares the new Manchu, Han and Totewen archives, which have received less attention from researchers in this field, and combines the Manchu and Han documents. Such as "Pacifying Junggar Strategy", "Record of Emperor Gaozong of Qing Dynasty", "Manchu Letter file of Qianlong Dynasty", "Manchu Letter file", "Military Machinery Office Manchu Record", "Western Region Map", "Western Region News record", "Sayings of the hundred and two old people", etc., the Qing Dynasty and the northwest Kazakh Army during the Qianlong period of the "great power and vassal relationship" of the establishment process, tribute horse tribute, border trade, As well as the diversity and integration of the world culture in the Qing Dynasty, it makes a comprehensive and detailed review, completely and systematically explains the development process of the relations between the Qing Dynasty and Kazakhstan and the policies of the Qing Dynasty towards the northwest regions, and makes a more detailed study on the development context of the relations between Kazakhstan and the Qing Dynasty and trade. In addition, the book also elaborates the relationship between Kazak Gongmatu and the Qing Dynasty's consciousness of the world, as well as the fault of the Qing Dynasty's cognition of Kazakh departments after Qianlong.

About the author

Guo Wenzhong, born in 1978, Xibe nationality, Associate professor and master supervisor of the School of History of Xinjiang University, Doctor of History of Minzu University of China, visiting scholar of the Institute of Qing History of Renmin University of China, expert reviewer of Studies on Qing History and Studies of the Western Regions, member of the Ethnic History Society of China, high-level introduced talents of Xinjiang University, expert of thesis review at the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education. He is fluent in Manchu and Xibe, and his academic direction is frontier ethnic history and Manchu archives in the Qing Dynasty, and the history of relations between China and Central Asia in the Qing Dynasty. He has published many papers in academic journals such as "Ethnic History Research" and "Lantai World". He presided over 2 national projects and 5 provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 10 papers in academic journals such as "Qing History Research" and "Art Research". He has won the third prize of National Ethnic Research Outstanding achievements of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, and was named the outstanding master's degree thesis advisor of the autonomous region, the advanced individual of "Teaching and Educating People" of Xinjiang University, and the "Excellent Postgraduate Advisor". Selected as Xinjiang cultural celebrity and "Four batch" talents (theoretical circle), Xinjiang minority science and technology backbone special training program.
