About the author

Chris Miller is an associate professor of international history at the Fletcher School at Tufts University, a Jeane Kirkpatrick Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, director of Eurasia at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, and director of Greenment, a macroeconomic and geopolitical consulting firm.
