  安藤俊介,日本愤怒管理协会代表理事。愤怒管理咨询顾问。1971年出生于日本群马县。2003年留美学习愤怒管理,是首次将愤怒管理引入日本的人。美国国际愤怒管理协会在籍的1500名引导师当中,只有15名入选最高级别的愤怒管理培训专家,安藤俊介是一名当选的外国人。

  2017年4月担任日本厚生劳动省“职场职权骚扰防止对策研究会”委员。受企业、政府机构、教育委员会、医疗机构等之邀发表过众多演讲,主持过多场培训。著有《首次接触“愤怒管理”的实践指南》《让愤怒消失的心灵训练》《愤怒管理入门》《让你不再焦虑的微习惯》等书。其著作在中国及韩国等地被广泛翻译,累计销售超过35万册。

This book analyzes the psychological mechanisms behind anger and explains 32 anger management techniques with a view to successfully managing anger by practicing these techniques and methods. The book begins with "why anger management is necessary for modern business people."

Shunsuke Ando, Representative director, Japan Anger Management Association. Anger management consultant. Born in 1971 in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. He studied anger management in the United States in 2003 and was the first person to introduce anger management to Japan. Of the 1,500 instructors registered with the International Anger Management Association of the United States, only 15 have been selected as the highest level of anger management training experts, and Shunsuke Ando is a foreigner.

In April 2017, he served as a member of the "Research Council on the Prevention of Workplace Harassment by Authority" of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan. He has been invited by enterprises, government agencies, education committees, medical institutions, etc., to give many speeches and host many trainings. He is the author of "A Hands-on Guide to Anger Management for the first Time", "Spiritual Training to Make Anger Go Away", "Introduction to Anger Management", and "Micro-Habits to Stop Your Anxiety".
