傅维雄，教授级高工。现任丝路国际产能合作促进中心执行主任，历任中国华电香港公司总经理、中国华电集团公司国际业务部主任等职。长期从事电力系统工作，有12年国际业务工作经验，主持或推动了印度尼西亚、柬埔寨、俄罗斯、越南、加拿大、西班牙等国多个项目的投资决策和项目实施工作，熟悉海外项目从策划、分析、谈判、决策到实施的全过程。对中资企业海外发展战略、项目开发、投建营一体化管理、风险控制、国别环境和市场分析、商务模式与投资架构策划、商务谈判与关键协议等有较深研究。
主要著作有《境外电源项目投资实务》（主编）、《水力发电企业生产安全设施配置标准》（主编）、《国际工程投资策划》（合著）等。

Fu Weixiong, professor level senior engineer. He has been engaged in power system work for a long time and has 12 years of international business experience. He has presided over or promoted the investment decision and project implementation of many projects in Indonesia, Cambodia, Russia, Vietnam, Canada, Spain and other countries, and is familiar with the whole process of overseas projects from planning, analysis, negotiation, decision-making to implementation. He has conducted in-depth research on overseas development strategy, project development, integrated management of investment, construction and operation, risk control, country environment and market analysis, business model and investment structure planning, business negotiations and key agreements of Chinese enterprises.
