  唐文焱,女,重庆人,教育学博士、副研究员。现任四川师范大学党委常委、统战部部长,兼任四川省家庭建设研究院院长、中国幸福家庭建设研究中心主任。成都市政协委员,四川省妇联智库专家、川渝家庭教育智库专家、四川省婚姻家庭与妇女理论研究会副会长、四川省性学会副理事长、四川省晏阳初研究会常务理事,四川省托幼托育协会人才分会副会长,《四川省妇女儿童发展纲要(2021-2030年)》《成都市妇女儿童发展纲要(2021-2030年)》编制起草组核心专家,主持《四川省指导推进家庭教育的五年规划(2021-2025年)》《广安市儿童友好城市建设方案》及四川省政务课题《家校社协同育人机制构建与实践路径研究》等项目,获四川省高等教育教学成果特等奖1项、一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项,四川省职业教育教学成果奖1项。
