　　唐文焱，女，重庆人，教育学博士、副研究员。现任四川师范大学党委常委、统战部部长，兼任四川省家庭建设研究院院长、中国幸福家庭建设研究中心主任。成都市政协委员，四川省妇联智库专家、川渝家庭教育智库专家、四川省婚姻家庭与妇女理论研究会副会长、四川省性学会副理事长、四川省晏阳初研究会常务理事，四川省托幼托育协会人才分会副会长，《四川省妇女儿童发展纲要（2021-2030年）》《成都市妇女儿童发展纲要（2021-2030年）》编制起草组核心专家，主持《四川省指导推进家庭教育的五年规划（2021-2025年）》《广安市儿童友好城市建设方案》及四川省政务课题《家校社协同育人机制构建与实践路径研究》等项目，获四川省高等教育教学成果特等奖1项、一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项，四川省职业教育教学成果奖1项。
