《宋神宗》内容简介
本书是一部关于宋神宗的传记。全书共六章，主要讨论分析了神宗的成长环境、主导的熙宁变法、主持的元丰改制、人事运用、对辽夏的策略等，全面论述了宋神宗的个性特质及在位期间的施政得失。作者认为，宋神宗是一位年轻有为、勤俭无华、勇于改革、行法持衡的有为之君，终其一生志在振起有为、理财富强、兴旺大宋，做了很多前朝君主所不敢做的工作。同时，作者也指出，熙宁变法过于急骤，不仅扰民，而且影响新法的效果；“新旧人两用之”的用人策略又导致其后的政治腐败、财政穷匮，终至金兵南下，徽钦二帝被俘；与辽维持和平，但大举伐夏损失惨重，壮志雄心蒙受挫败，竟因而致病，于三十八岁英年崩逝，壮志难伸，实甚可叹。
作者简介
迟振汉，香港珠海大学中国历史研究所博士。曾先后任教台湾玄奘大学、高凤技术学院、稻江科技暨管理学院、朝阳科技大学。研究领域为宋史、军阀史、数字媒体。著有《宋神宗》《北宋宰相制度》，论文《清季私军集团的形成与影响》等。
Introduction to the content of Song Shenzong
This book is a biography of Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty. The book consists of six chapters, mainly discusses and analyzes the growth environment of Shenzong, the leading reform of Xining, the reform of Yuanfeng presided over, the application of personnel, the strategy of Liao Xia, etc., comprehensively discusses the personality characteristics of Song Shenzong and the gains and losses of administration during his reign. The author believes that Song Shenzong is a young and promising, thrifty, brave to reform, the law of the balance of promising king, in his whole life to raise up promising, wealth management, prosperity of the Song dynasty, to do a lot of work that the former monarch dared not do. At the same time, the author also points out that Xining's reform is too quick, which not only disturbs the people, but also affects the effect of the new law. The employment strategy of "dual use of the old and the new" led to political corruption and financial poverty, and finally Jin Bing went south and Hui Qin Emperor was captured. He maintained peace with Liao, but suffered heavy losses in the large-scale invasion of Xia and suffered setbacks in his ambitions, which caused illness, and died at the age of thirty-eight, and his ambitions were difficult to extend.
About the author
Chi Zhenhan is a PhD student at the Institute of Chinese History, Zhuhai University, Hong Kong. He has taught in Taiwan Xuanzang University, Gao Feng Institute of Technology, Daojiang Institute of Technology and Management, and Chaoyang University of Science and Technology. Her research interests include Song history, warlord history and digital media. He wrote "Song Shenzong", "the Prime Minister System of Northern Song", and his thesis "The Formation and Influence of Private Army Groups in Qing Dynasty".
