《煮海成聚》内容简介
明初东南沿海地区生活着一群身份复杂的人，他们多以灶为籍、以盐为业，借此而成聚落。本书广泛利用民间文献，深入理解民众生活，揭示这一群体生活地区社会演化的基本特征和逻辑。明中叶以降，市场化进程加速，商业资本开始进入并逐渐主导盐场经济。与这一进程相结合，在受海水浓度变化影响的具体社会生活中，盐头、盐灶、宗族、商垣等民间自组织为了应对朝廷课税需求，灵活运用朝廷“以籍定役”的制度设计，和王朝国家不断对话与互动。因此，沿海的商、民、军、渔、灶等人群不断地转化着身份与户籍，慢慢产生多者合一的宗族和其他社会组织类型，“煮海成聚”，构建出明清东南盐场地区独有的社会结构。

"Boil the sea into gathering" content introduction
In the early Ming Dynasty, there lived a group of people with complex identities in the southeast coastal area. Most of them lived on cooking stoves and salt, thus forming settlements. This book makes extensive use of folk literature to gain an in-depth understanding of the lives of the people and to reveal the basic characteristics and logic of the social evolution of the areas where this group lived. In the middle of Ming Dynasty, the marketization process accelerated, and commercial capital began to enter and gradually dominate the salt farm economy. In combination with this process, in the specific social life affected by the change of sea water concentration, Yantou, salt kitchen, clan, commercial wall and other folk self-organizations flexibly used the imperial court's system design of "service based on nationality" in order to meet the tax needs of the imperial court, and kept dialogue and interaction with the dynasty and state. Therefore, people in the coastal areas, such as merchants, people, army, fishermen and cooking kitchens, constantly transformed their identities and household registration, and gradually produced clans and other types of social organizations, "boiling the sea into gathering", and built a unique social structure in the southeast salt field area of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
