《不必向长安》内容简介
这是一本体例独特、视角新颖的艺术家小传，明四家之首沈周的“生命之书”。
作者以沈周晚年名作《卧游图册》为叙事线索，结合沈周及友人诗文集、地方志、画史笔记等大量材料，深入挖掘这位吴门画派宗师、一代隐士不为大众所知的日常生活，以及他对生活中那些微末主题妙趣横生、暗含哲理的阐发与感悟。
书名取自沈周《为沈尚伦进士题画》中的“未信长安春似海，归人不及去人多”。唐以后虽然历代皆未定都于长安，人们却习惯以之指代京城。在那个身边大部分人都在为功名富贵奔波劳碌的太平年代，终生沉浮乡里的沈周反而成为一个固定坐标，一个无法真正置身事外的旁观者，注视着明代中叶三吴之地各色人等的来来往往，成败荣辱，悲欢离合。
通过这本书，读者可以看到一个清醒却多情、细腻又旷达的沈周，在领略其高超艺术造诣与创意的同时，体味平淡日常的趣味横生，共享一份古今共通的情感，收获短暂的休憩与治愈。

"No need to Chang 'an" content introduction
This is an artist's biography with unique style and novel perspective, the "Book of Life" by Shen Zhou, the head of the four Ming families.
The author takes Shen Zhou's famous book of Sleeping Tour in his later years as the narrative clue, combines Shen Zhou and his friends' poetry collections, local Chronicles, notes on painting history and other materials to dig deeply into the daily life of this master of Wumen painting school and a generation of recluses unknown to the public, as well as his interpretation and perception of those trivial themes in life with interesting and implied philosophy.
The title of the book is taken from Shen Zhou's "Painting for Shen Shanglun Jinshi" in "not believing Chang 'an spring is like the sea, returning people are not as many as going to people." After the Tang Dynasty, although Chang 'an was not the capital of all dynasties, people used to refer to it as the capital. In that peaceful era when most people around him were busy with fame and wealth, Shen Zhou in the village became a fixed coordinate, a bystander who could not really stay out of the matter, watching the coming and going of various people in the middle of the Ming Dynasty, success or failure, grief and joy.
Through this book, readers can see a sober but passionate, delicate and broadminded Shen Zhou, appreciate its superb artistic attains and creativity at the same time, appreciate the ordinary daily interest, share a common emotion of ancient and modern, and harvest a short rest and healing.
