Christopher Hitchens (1949-2011)
The most renowned journalist, columnist and commentator of our time. He has been a contributing editor and contributor to Vanity Fair, The Chronicle, The New Statesman, The New York Times Book Review, and The Atlantic, among others, and was ranked fifth on the "Top 100 Global Public Intellectuals" by Foreign Policy and Prospect Magazine in 2005. His works include Letters to a Young Rebel, A Man's Dying, Up for Debate, The Trial of Kissinger, and his memoir Hitch 22.
