安世遨，男，1973年12月生，博士，博士生导师，省管专家，贵州大学公共管理学院教授，贵州大学高教研究所（评估中心）副所长（副主任），长期从事对话理论及其应用研究，着重在哲学、教育学、管理学和马克思主义等学科领域开展交叉研究，是多学科式的学者。贵州大学重点建设学科群学科带头人，贵州大学学科学术带头人，贵州省高校哲学社会科学学术带头人，贵州省人民政府学位委员会教育学学科评议组副组长。
