You Don't really Know Management: The first thing that comes to mind when we think of management is that it is related to the corporate sector. For most people, the basic content of this discipline is to teach a leader how to manage a team, how to make a good business, and so on. What many people don't think about is that management is not limited to enterprises and organizational departments, but is closely related to people's lives. For example, do you know how to get the best results when you are communicating with others? Do you know how we should use stress properly to make ourselves stronger? Do you know how to know yourself and why to respect others? These problems that do not seem to be directly related to management are exactly what the various laws of management want to emphasize. This again confirms our previous explanation: management is a discipline that studies people, and its emphasis is not on management, but on human heart and humanity.
