Shim Jeong-woo was born on December 31, 1986 in Seoul, South Korea. He is a natural introvert who works in a marketing industry full of "networking people." When he first entered the workplace, he hit a wall everywhere because he did not know how to play the advantages of introverts, and even suffered from self-identity disorders. In order to reverse the status quo, he began to study psychology, study MBTI theory and put it into practice, and explore the exclusive social methods and survival secrets of introverts.
