　　宋志平，中国上市公司协会会长、中国企业改革与发展研究会会长。曾担任中国建材集团、中国医药集团董事长，并将两家央企双双带入《财富》世界500强。

　　宋志平是我国著名的企业经营管理专家，历任三届全国MBA教育指导委员会委员，在多所重点大学商学院担任实践教授，先后出版《经营方略》《三精管理》等多部著作。曾获“袁宝华企业管理金奖”“管理科学奖”“石川馨—狩野奖”“中国经济年度人物”“《财富》CEO终生成就奖”“中国杰出企业思想家”等多项殊荣。他曾带领中国建材集团和国药集团在水泥和医药分销行业进行大规模的联合重组。他所推动的中国水泥产业发展入选哈佛商学院案例，主创的水泥企业区域性大规模重组整合和三精管理均获得全国企业管理现代化创新成果一等奖。

About the author

Song Zhiping, President of the China Association of Listed Companies and President of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society. He served as the chairman of China National Building Materials Group and China Pharmaceutical Group, and brought two central enterprises into the Fortune Global 500.

Song Zhiping is a well-known expert in business management in China. He has served as a member of the National MBA Education Steering Committee for three consecutive times. He has served as a practice professor in a number of key university business schools and has published many books such as "Management Strategy" and "Three Fine Management".
