著者简介

李沧东,电影导演、编剧、小说家。1954年出生于韩国大邱,毕业于韩国庆北大学师范学院国语教育系,做过高中语文教师。1983年,凭借中篇小说《战利品》获得东亚日报新春文艺奖,从此登上文坛。他用优美而写实的语句,描绘普通人的伤痛人生和对人类之爱的信任,著有小说集《烧纸》(1987)、《鹿川有许多粪》(1992)。20世纪90年代初,在朴光洙导演的建议下,创作出《想去那座岛》(1993)的剧本,并担任该片副导演,由此进入电影界,之后还创作了《美丽青年全泰壹》(1995)的剧本。1997年,导演首作《绿鱼》获得韩国国内外高度关注;1999年,《薄荷糖》受邀成为釜山国际电影节开幕作品;2002年,《绿洲》获得威尼斯国际电影节最佳导演奖与最佳新人奖(文素利)。仅凭三部电影作品,李沧东就获得了“现实主义大家”的赞誉,跻身世界级导演行列。2003年,他被任命为文化观光部长官,工作至2004年。2007年,以电影《密阳》重回电影界。《密阳》是韩国首部获得戛纳国际电影节最佳女演员奖(全度妍)的作品。2010年,名演员尹静姬时隔16年重返大银幕的话题之作《诗》,在当年的戛纳国际电影节中,获得“李沧东作品中最安静但主题上最完整的电影”“叙事的完整性与完成度极高的作品”等评价,并斩获最佳编剧奖。2018年,在戛纳首映的《燃烧》,不仅获得了费比西国际影评人大奖,更被世界各大著名电影节邀请,获得多个最佳作品奖,在全球百余个国家上映。

Lee Chang-dong is a film director, screenwriter and novelist. Born in Daegu, South Korea in 1954, he graduated from the Department of Mandarin Education, Kyungbuk University, South Korea, and worked as a high school Chinese teacher. In 1983, she won the Dong-A Ilbo Spring Festival Literary Award for her novella "Spoils of War." He wrote books such as "Burning Paper" (1987) and "There Is a Lot of Dung in Kagawa" (1992), depicting the painful life of ordinary people and their trust in human love in beautiful and realistic sentences. In the early 1990s, at the suggestion of director Park Kwang-soo, he wrote the screenplay of "Want to Go to the Island" (1993) and served as the deputy director of the film, which led to his entry into the film industry. Later, he wrote the screenplay of "Beautiful Young Man Jeon Tae-il" (1995). In 1997, the director's first film "Green Fish" received high attention in South Korea and abroad; In 1999, "Mints" was invited to be the opening film of the Busan International Film Festival; In 2002, Oasis won the Best Director and Best Newcomer Awards at the Venice International Film Festival. With only three film works, Lee Chang-dong has won the praise of "realism everyone" and ranks among world-class directors. In 2003, he was appointed Minister of Culture and Tourism, serving until 2004. In 2007, he returned to the film industry with the film "Secret Sun". "Miryang" is the first Korean film to win the Best Actress Award (Jeon Do-yeon) at the Cannes International Film Festival. In 2010, famous actress Yoon Jung-hee returned to the big screen with her topical work Poem, which won the Best screenplay award at the Cannes International Film Festival that year, as "the quietest but most complete film in theme among Lee Chang-dong's works" and "a work with a high degree of narrative integrity and completion." In 2018, the "Burning" premiered in Cannes, not only won the Fabisi International Film Critics Award, but also was invited by the world's leading film festivals, won a number of best works awards, and was screened in more than 100 countries around the world.
