The book is co-authored by economists from the Global Securities Market Research Institute of Tsinghua University, the China Securities Research Institute and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Research Center, as well as professionals from more than 10 leading brokerages in China. On February 17, 2023, the China Securities Regulatory Commission officially announced the full implementation of the relevant system and rules of the stock issuance registration system. This book follows the national policy change, systematically and comprehensively combs and analyzes the issues related to the listing of enterprises, reveals the full picture of the listing of companies, lets readers understand the strategy and path of the listing of companies, and grasps the new listing policies and regulations. To help enterprises legally and compliance to achieve the goal of listing. The case analysis in the book is written by senior sponsor representatives and analysts, and has certain reference significance for enterprises.

This book is led by Professor Yang Zhishu, Tsinghua University Global Securities Market Research Institute and China Securities Research Institute and Shenzhen Stock Exchange Research Center economists and professionals from more than 10 domestic head brokerages, jointly created the new policy of enterprise listing guidance manual.
