　　[日]坂本龙一

　　1952年1月17日出生于东京，于东京艺术大学获得硕士学位。1978年凭专辑《千刀》正式以个人身份出道，同年组建“黄色魔术乐队”（Yellow Magic Orchestra，YMO）。1983年“黄色魔术乐队”解散后，他发布了BEAUTY、《音乐图鉴》、《异步》和《12》等作品，他以革新性的音乐追求享誉全球。

　　在电影音乐方面，他凭借《圣诞快乐，劳伦斯先生》获得第37届英国电影学院奖最佳配乐奖，凭借《末代皇帝》获得第60届奥斯卡金像奖最佳原创配乐奖、第45届美国电影电视金球奖最佳配乐奖。此外还获得格莱美奖电影、电视音乐奖等众多奖项。

　　他积极跨界尝试艺术创作，参与了包括舞台作品LIFE、《时间》以及在中国和韩国的大型装置艺术展等活动。

　　他还提出许多环境与和平相关问题的主张，并发起森林保育再造计划“More Trees”。此外，他创办了日本东北青年管弦乐团，支持“3·11”东日本大地震后灾区儿童的音乐活动。

　　坂本龙一已于2023年3月28日去世。

Following "Music is Freedom," which looks back on his life from childhood to 57 years old, this book is a definitive autobiography that records the footprints of Ryuichi Sakamoto's old age and bequeath it to the future.

Included by friends Suzuki text personally written postscript, record the author's last time.

About the author

[J] Ryuichi Sakamoto

Born in Tokyo on January 17, 1952, he received his master's degree from Tokyo University of the Arts. In 1978, he made his solo debut with the album "Thousand Knives" and formed the Yellow Magic Orchestra (YMO) in the same year. After the dissolution of the Yellow Magic Band in 1983, he released such works as BEAUTY, Music Atlas, Asynchronous and 12, and is known around the world for his innovative musical pursuits.

In terms of film music, he won the 37th British Academy Film Award for Best Score for "Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence", the 60th Academy Award for Best Original Score for "The Last Emperor", and the 45th American Film and Television Golden Globe Awards for Best Score. In addition, he has won numerous awards such as Grammy Awards, film awards and television music Awards.

He has actively experimented with art across boundaries, participating in events including stage works LIFE, Time, and large-scale installation art exhibitions in China and South Korea.

He has also advocated for many environmental and peace-related issues, and initiated the forest conservation and reforestation program More Trees. In addition, he founded the Tohoku Youth Orchestra to support musical activities for children in the affected areas after the March 11 Great East Japan Earthquake.

Sakamoto died on March 28, 2023.
