作者简介
简里里，“简单心理”（APP）创始人。
20岁毕业于伦敦大学学院认知神经心理学硕士，国家二级心理咨询师。
在成为一个心理咨询师的过程中，她花了很长时间来了解和探索自己。在咨询室中，看见人的孤独感；看见友善，也看见敌意；看见被禁忌的、被诱惑的、被压抑的、不被说出的情感；见证自己和他人的不易，也从暗处看见光芒。

About the author
