本书汇集的是2019年12月举办的第一届复旦大学“思想史高端论坛”的论文，以“化身万千：开放的思想史”为主旨，分为思想与历史、思想史中的文学与社会、思想史中的人物与派别、思想史中的东方与西方几个板块，其中葛兆光教授做会议致词；桑兵、罗志田和王汎森三位教授就“历史与思想”这一话题分别发表了演讲，着眼点放在思想史的研究方法上；大木康、李孝悌、郑培凯等研究了晚明白话文学、上海戏曲演出、文学经典与昆曲等问题；艾尔曼撰写了长文，讨论18世纪中国的西学和考证学；钟鸣旦研究了18世纪中国的《邸报》。

Content introduction
This book is a collection of papers from the first Fudan University "High-end Forum on the History of Ideas" held in December 2019, with the theme of "In a Thousand: an Open History of Ideas". It is divided into thought and history, literature and society in the history of ideas, characters and factions in the history of ideas, and East and West in the history of ideas, among which Professor Ge Zhaoguang delivered a speech. Sang Bing, Luo Zhitian and Wang Fansen gave speeches on the topic of "History and Thought", focusing on the research methods of the history of thought. Oku Kang, Li Xiaoti and Zheng Peikai studied the vernacular literature of the late Ming Dynasty, Shanghai opera performance, literary classics and Kunqu opera. Eilman wrote long essays on Western learning and textual criticism in 18th-century China; Zhong Mingdan studied the 18th-century Chinese newspaper Di Bao.
