作者简介······
让-路易•阿尔佩兰（1960-）是法国知名的法史学家，现任法国国家科学研究中心（CNRS）法律理论与分析研究所主任。从巴黎高等师范学院毕业后，阿尔佩兰以关于法国大革命期间最高裁判所的论文取得博士学位。1988年，他以第一名的优异成绩取得法史学的教授资格，并先后任教于里昂三大、勃艮第大学和巴黎高师。在巴黎高师期间，他曾担任社会科学部主任。阿尔佩兰教授的研究领域集中在当代法史学和比较法，他的法哲学理念主要受哈特的实证主义影响。
朱明哲：中国政法大学比较法学研究院副教授，巴黎政治大学法学博士，主要研究方向为比较法基础理论和生态法哲学。
Content introduction
This book focuses on the compilation, interpretation and revision of the French Civil Code, and discusses the development of French private law during the social, economic and political changes in the past two centuries. As a legacy of the Revolution and a typical representative of monarchical and patriarchal ideas, the French Civil Code, such as "The Boat of Theseus", only half of its provisions still maintain the original appearance of 1804, but with amazing identity and continuity to cope with the completely different customs and social interactions two hundred years later. Behind this stability and adaptability, it is precisely the great change of French private law concept from authoritarian centralization to liberal individualism, and then to socialization. The history told in this book is not a monument for people to worship, but a living human comedy, which vividly reproduces the process of legal sources such as legislation, precedents, doctrines and so on, as well as the dramatic conflicts in which different groups repeatedly play games under specific historical conditions.
About the author
Jean-louis Alperin (1960-) is a renowned French legal historian and director of the Institute for Legal Theory and Analysis at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). After graduating from the Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris, Alperin earned his doctorate with a thesis on the Supreme Court during the French Revolution. In 1988, he qualified as a professor of legal history with the first prize, and has taught at the three major schools of Lyon, the University of Burgundy and the Ecole Normale de Paris. During his time at the Ecole Normale de Paris, he served as director of the Department of Social Sciences. Professor Alperin's research field focuses on contemporary legal history and comparative law, and his philosophy of law is mainly influenced by Hart's positivism.
Zhu Mingzhe: Associate Professor, Institute of Comparative Law, China University of Political Science and Law, Doctor of Law, Sciences Po University, Paris. His main research interests are basic theory of Comparative Law and philosophy of Ecological Law.
