作者简介
罗翔，中国政法大学教授、刑法学研究所所长。
2008年至今入选历届中国政法大学“最受本科生欢迎的十位老师”。2018年入选中国政法大学首届研究生心目中的优秀导师。主持教育部人文社科项目、政法大学校级青年项目、参与国家社科、公安部、司法部等多个科研项目。

The book is divided into the following five parts: Before committing the crime, "Not equal to No," "Picking Quarrels and provoking trouble," Rashomon's judgment, and Your rights. A total of more than 40 essays by Professor Luo Xiang are included. In the book, Professor Luo discusses the criminal law and its application by taking stock of a series of social hot cases, and takes stock of the rich knowledge of the rule of law and humanistic ideas. The author's tone is introspective and sharp, filled with a sense of responsibility and humanistic feelings. This book not only enlightens readers' legal thinking and concept of safeguarding their rights, but also helps them understand the deeper philosophical basis behind criminal law.
About the author
Luo Xiang is a professor and director of the Institute of Criminal Law at China University of Political Science and Law.
Since 2008, he has been selected as one of the "Ten Most Popular Teachers among undergraduates" of China University of Political Science and Law. In 2018, he was selected as the outstanding mentor of the first graduate students of China University of Political Science and Law. He presided over the Humanities and Social Science project of the Ministry of Education, the University-level youth project of the University of Political Science and Law, and participated in a number of scientific research projects of the National Social Science, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Justice.
Teacher Luo Xiang has always been extremely popular among the students of Law University, and he is also a famous teacher of law examination. In 2019, the video of his criminal law class accidentally exploded on the Internet. In March 2020, Mr. Luo officially entered bilibili, and his fans broke one million a day, creating the "fastest million fans legend". At present, the fans of Station B have exceeded 9.5 million.
