"Survive the death Table" content introduction
One of the four major wrongful convictions in Japan, the "Katagawa Incident" was fully recorded
"I used to love my job as a judge, but now I suspect and criticize the police, prosecutors, courts and even the Ministry of Justice."
Even if it starts with a false arrest, if we are caught in the net spun by the police and prosecutors, our fate will be the same as that of former death row inmates Shigeyoshi Taniguchi (Katagawa incident), Sakae Noda (Noda incident), Sachio Saito (Matsuyama incident), and Masao Akahori (Shimada incident).
Only those who have experienced it know to what extent, without an alibi, being detained for a long time, and being interrogated continuously in a secret room, can resist the cajoling of police officers and prosecutors. Personally, to be honest, I don't have much confidence in my own endurance.
I am interested in injustice because I think it is an intolerable injustice and the greatest affront to humanity. At the same time, I want to expose the state system that has sacrificed the personal lives of its citizens and yet pretended not to know about it.
