杰出青年企业家,现任旭荣集团执行董事,识富天使会联合创始人。
2002年加入家族企业旭荣集团，通过国际化布局，建构集团运营体系，与父母共同治理横跨十多个国籍与文化区域、员工超万人的纺织企业,成为大中华区纺织成衣领域的领头制造商。2017年荣获中国纺织工业联合会颁发的“中国纺织杰出青年企业家”奖。
致力于深耕新创生态圈,创办中国台湾最大的创业者社群“WorkFaceTaipei”和个人天使投资社群“识富天使会”,并于2020年荣获“亚洲未来领袖奖”。
在多所大学讲授企业接班传承和天使投资相关课程，在《商业周刊》开设专栏,另著有《观念:一个第二代企业家的思维》。

About the author
Huang Guanhua
Outstanding young entrepreneur, currently the executive director of Xurong Group, co-founder of the Understanding of the Rich Angel Club.
In 2002, he joined the family business Xurong Group, established the operation system of the group through international layout, and jointly managed a textile enterprise with more than 10 nationalities and cultural regions and more than 10,000 employees, becoming a leading manufacturer in the field of textile and garment in Greater China. In 2017, he was awarded the "China Textile Outstanding Young Entrepreneur" Award by the China Textile Industry Federation.
Committed to deep cultivation of the new startup ecosystem, founded Taiwan's largest entrepreneur community "WorkFaceTaipei" and individual angel investment community "Recognize the Rich Angel Club", and won the "Asia Future Leader Award" in 2020.
