Getting to the Core is an international book designed to help coaches support their clients in creating deep and lasting change by focusing directly on the core of the problem. This book features a de-formulaic, concise and natural approach to coaching, combined with a wealth of examples of coaching conversations, revealing little-known coaching techniques that make coaching conversations easy and confident.
