作者简介
李安妮（Tara AnnLee），出生于台湾，九岁移民到美国，是国际上少数同时接受过美国心理咨询训练，以及东方正统佛学、瑜伽与道教气功训练的身心灵导师。她将东西方专业学理与疗愈经验融合在一起，从1999年开始教导学员如何在日常生活中修行，找回与生俱来的爱，鼓励每个人信任自己的天赋和智慧，勇敢做自己。拥有美国心理学硕士学位，专供身体心理学与超个人心理学，拥有美国知觉传动心理治疗学院的创伤复原的证照。目前在世界各地教授一系列的身心灵成长课程，著有《成为完整而性感的女人：唤醒爱、智慧、性能量的十堂课》。

Becoming a Whole and Sexy Woman: Ten Lessons to Awaken Love, Wisdom, and Sexual Energy is a mind-body book for women. Balance the competition, pressure and excessive attachment of the male world, so that women can live in a more complete and peaceful state, and find their own contributions to the world and the value of their own existence.
About the author
Tara AnnLee, who was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States at the age of nine, is one of the few body and mind teachers in the world who have received training in American psychological counseling as well as Eastern Orthodox Buddhism, yoga and Taoist Qigong. Combining Eastern and Western professional teachings with healing experiences, she has been teaching her students since 1999 how to practice in their daily lives, find the love they were born with, and encourage everyone to trust their talents and wisdom and be brave enough to be themselves. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology, specialized in Body Psychology and Transpersonal Psychology, and a certification in Trauma Recovery from the American Academy of Perceptual Drive Psychotherapy. He currently teaches a series of body-mind growth courses around the world and is the author of Becoming a Whole and Sexy Woman: Ten Lessons to Awaken Love, Wisdom, and Sexual Energy.
